As Leasing Manager, you'll lead leasing activities, connecting with prospective residents, building relationships and helping bring our brand-new Town & Centre community in Port Coquitlam to life. You'll combine your knowledge of the rental market with a genuine interest in people to deliver on Mosaic’s promise of A Better Home. Who You Are You have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in residential leasing and property management. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including weekends and holidays. You have a proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and turn interest into results. You have a strong knowledge of the local rental market, and an understanding of what residents are looking for in a home. You are comfortable working with leasing systems, CRM tools and performance reporting. You demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished. You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points if you have a second language, and strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
