- Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
- You want metrics on how you are doing and what areas of the role you need help with
- We will train you on how to offer a excellent patient experience on the phone




- You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
- Love to help people in fast-paced environments Preferred but NOT required:
- Punjabi and Hindi Language skills
- Previous experience with Jane EMR
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to dissolve conflict
- Prior work in customer service
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
- Familiarity with Blue cross, Medavie, Telus Portal, Provider connect, Nexgenrxbilling
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures Potential of getting prompted to a Full Time Office Manager Position within 6 Months Start Date: Immediate
