Job Summary The Xzibit Group is a premier provider of high-end custom display solutions. We design, manufacture, and install custom exhibits, kiosks, interiors, and displays. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's day-to-day operations to ensure business objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and profitably. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role aligns resources, processes, and priorities to support organizational goals, customer commitments, and operational excellence. The Operations Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives, drives efficiency and profitability, and ensures the organization consistently delivers high standards of quality, service, and performance while meeting the expectations of customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure organizational objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with Project Coordinators to align resources, priorities, schedules, and workflows with customer requirements and organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through the development and optimization of processes, policies, performance standards, and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators and management reporting, providing recommendations and implementing solutions to improve business results.
- Drive operational excellence through active quality oversight, including reviewing workflows, inspecting work output, monitoring standards, identifying deficiencies,



and implementing corrective and preventative measures to improve consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering accountability, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are consistently met. Qualifications
- Several years of experience in operations, project management, business coordination, or a related leadership role.
- Experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and initiatives while collaborating with department heads and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated success improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, resource management, performance measurement, and quality management principles.
- Ability to analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, profitability, and organizational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with business systems, project management tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office applications. Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
