Position Summary: Elite Promotional Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sewing Technician to join our Cresting Department. This role is responsible for producing high-quality sewn applications on sports jerseys and apparel, including name bars, jersey numbers, crests, patches, and specialty decoration components. The successful candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing equipment and will be committed to maintaining accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Sew and apply jersey numbers, name bars, crests, patches, and cresting kits to athletic apparel.
- Perform zig-zag stitching and other specialty sewing techniques.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
- Review work orders and production specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment.
- Assist with other production-related duties as required. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sewing experience, preferably in a production, apparel, or sportswear setting.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow production instructions and work independently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset.
