Job Overview As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose products, and keep the sales floor organized. - Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide helpful service in English; use bilingual or multilingual communication to assist a wider range of shoppers.
- Demonstrate products, explain technology features, support technology sales, and use appropriate upselling to match customers with suitable options.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, cashiering procedures, and accurate cash handling; apply basic math when completing transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and manage tasks with effective time management, organization, and phone etiquette. Your impact:
