We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business development across Vancouver, the Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island. - Drive end-to-end consultative business development as a Regional Sales Manager , conducting in-person engagement across downtown Vancouver corporate headquarters and active regional industrial sites.
- Partner with engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders to position customized piping, fabrication, and equipment solutions that maximize revenue generation.
- Form strategic customer alliances across 3 regional market territories (Vancouver core, Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island)



while collaborating with inside sales and business management teams.
- Lead pricing negotiations, presentation development, and CRM pipeline tracking to convert target infrastructure opportunities into delivered sales. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven track record of revenue generation in an outside sales capacity, demonstrating the ability to independently manage and grow an industrial territory as a Regional Sales Manager
- Familiarity or commercial background within heavy industrial verticals such as Mining, Oil & Gas, infrastructure, or technical piping and equipment distribution.
