Bella’s Lechon is a family-owned restaurant bringing the taste of Filipino comfort food home to Scarborough. Within the restaurant lies Bella's Panaderia, serving fresh, hot Filipino baked goods daily. We are looking for a Part-Time/Full-Time Bakers Assistant with experience and specialization in Filipino breads, rolls, and pastries to support daily bakery operations through baking, food preparation, and careful packaging. Our Ideal Candidates:
- Purpose-driven individuals who find genuine fulfillment in working and helping others.
- Individuals available to work weekends and pre-dawn hours.
- Individuals capable of safely lifting and maneuvering heavy bakery ingredients, including bulk flour bags and large dough batches.
- Bakers skilled in Filipino breads,



rolls, and pastries. Kakanin production is an asset. Tasks:
- Preparing, measuring and scaling ingredients. Shaping and portioning pastries.
- Mixing batters, kneading and shaping dough.
- Watch oven temperatures and baking times to ensure even baking.
- Washing baking utensils, machinery, and work surfaces while following food safety and hygiene guidelines. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
