We are a growing commercial cleaning company looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Representative to help us secure new commercial cleaning contracts and expand our client base. This position offers high commission percentages with NO commission cap. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance — the more business you bring in, the more you can earn. We want motivated salespeople who are hungry to build relationships, close contracts, and maximize their income. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and creating new sales opportunities. Potential clients include offices, dealerships, retail locations, property management companies, construction companies, warehouses, and other commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and generate new commercial cleaning leads
- Cold call, email, network, and use other prospecting methods to reach potential clients
- Connect with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers
- Present our commercial cleaning services professionally
- Qualify potential clients and identify contract opportunities
- Schedule walkthroughs, meetings, and estimates




- Consistently follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long-term relationships with commercial clients

There is no ceiling on what a strong salesperson can earn with us. Pay: $2,500.00-$10,000.00 per month
