Optima Buildings Systems ltd. is a speciality contractor and drywall/ concrete contractor based in the lower mainland of British Columbia Canada.
We are currently seeking a Labourer for our project under construction. Employment Type: Full-time Temporary, Unionized (BCIB) Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from job offer acceptance (to complete BCIB onboarding process)

About the Role
We are seeking one dependable, steady General Labourer to join our team at an active construction site located in Vancouver. The ideal candidate is punctual, hard-working, and looking for reliable employment in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Safely move, carry, and transport construction materials around the job site.
- Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Sorting: Properly sort and organize materials for trade crews, recycling, and disposal.
- General Site Support: Assist trade workers and site supervisors with daily operational needs as required. Qualifications & Requirements
- Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable, and committed to steady attendance.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform manual labour, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Safety Mindset:



Dedication to following site safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Experience:
