Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, fried chicken, shawarma, chicken wings, burgers, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, toppings, and other food items.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, portion sizes, taste, and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen and workstation.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and food handling requirements.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy operating hours.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to an excellent customer experience. Required Experience and Expertise Minimum 1.5 years of relevant hands on experience in the same capacity is mandatory. Applicants must have practical experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Pizza making, dough preparation, topping, baking, and finishing.
- Fried chicken preparation, breading, frying, and quality control.
- Shawarma preparation, cooking, slicing, and assembly.




- Chicken wings preparation, cooking, and sauce finishing.
- Burger preparation, cooking, and assembly.
- Food preparation, kitchen operations, and safe food handling. Essential Qualities We Expect

- Food Safety Certificate is an asset.
