SparkUp Marketing is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Assistant in Burnaby who enjoys talking with people face-to-face. This is an in-person role where you’ll connect directly with customers and clients, help them understand the products and services we represent, and guide them through signing up. - Engage customers and clients face-to-face, listen to their needs, and present products and services that fit.
- Guide customers through the sales and enrolment process, signing them up accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions and address concerns with patience and honest information, before and after the sale.
- Build a strong understanding of product details so every recommendation is accurate and confident.
- Stay up to date on product updates, promotions, and changes, and pass that knowledge on to customers.
