About the Role
Not-Can Ventures is looking for a creative, organized Social Media Specialist to manage daily social media content and paid social advertising. You will help showcase our floral designs, build our online community, and encourage website visits, inquiries, and orders. This role is ideal for someone who can plan ahead, create engaging content efficiently, and manage a focused schedule of approximately five hours per week. Daily posts can be prepared in batches and scheduled in advance. Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across our social media channels, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.
* Write engaging captions and clear calls to action that reflect our brand.
* Create and edit photos, simple graphics, Stories, and short videos using supplied floral images and other available content.
* Promote seasonal collections, special occasions, and featured products.
* Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager within an approved budget.
* Monitor comments and messages during agreed

* Track content and advertising performance, including engagement, clicks, inquiries, and purchases where tracking is available.




* Provide a brief monthly performance summary with recommendations. Qualifications
* Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
* Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Ability to create attractive content using Canva or similar tools.
* Strong English writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
* Basic understanding of advertising audiences, budgets, performance metrics, and conversion tracking.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Experience with floral, retail, gifting, or lifestyle brands is an asset. Working Arrangement
* Approximately five hours per week, with a mutually agreed schedule.
* Content will be planned and approved in advance.
* Priorities will be agreed upon to keep the workload within the weekly hours.
* Advertising spend is paid separately by the business.
