Job Summary The Farm Labourer/Handyman supports day-to-day farm operations through practical fieldwork, equipment use, and property upkeep. This hands-on role combines horticulture and irrigation tasks with maintenance and general labour, helping keep farm activities and facilities running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist with horticulture work, including planting, routine crop care, and irrigation tasks.
- Perform maintenance and repairs using hand tools and power tools; keep work areas and equipment orderly.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely for assigned tasks, and complete heavy lifting as needed.
- Use basic math to measure materials, track quantities, and support routine farm work.

Experience Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, protected use of hand tools and power tools, basic math, and the ability to handle heavy lifting are important for completing maintenance and farm tasks. Preferred: Experience with horticulture, irrigation, farm machinery, or heavy equipment operation is advantageous, along with a hands-on approach to varied outdoor work. Pay: $18.25-$30.02 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
