Overview The Server/Bartender creates a welcoming dining experience by serving guests attentively, preparing and serving beverages, and processing orders accurately. This role combines hospitality, food service, and efficient coordination throughout each shift. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, explain menu options, take orders, and provide attentive customer service from arrival through payment.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, while following food handling and food safety practices.
- Enter orders and payments using POS systems; handle cash and card transactions accurately and complete basic calculations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues, manage time across competing tasks, and keep service areas clean and organized.
