- Conduct surveillance of assigned areas, remain alert to unusual activity, and respond calmly to incidents.
- Monitor CCTV systems, report concerns promptly, and document observations and actions accurately.
- Support loss prevention by identifying potential risks, following established procedures, and escalating suspected theft or safety concerns.
- Communicate respectfully with visitors and colleagues, providing clear information and coordinating appropriate follow-up.
