Job Summary As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience by answering questions, demonstrating products, and helping them choose suitable options. - Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide helpful service in English; use bilingual or multilingual communication when applicable.
- Explain product features, conduct demonstrations, and support technology sales with transparent, customer-focused guidance.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandise displays, restock and organize products, and support retail sales through appropriate upselling.
- Manage customer inquiries and phone interactions professionally while balancing tasks and keeping the sales area orderly. Your impact:



Clear product guidance helps customers make informed choices and supports smooth teamwork on the sales floor. Experience Required: Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills, with accuracy in cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math. Professional phone etiquette and the ability to explain products clearly support dependable service. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demonstrations, merchandising, and appropriate upselling. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable for assisting a broader range of customers. Pay: $27.60-$32.07 per hour
