Packsize is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Quebec and Eastern Ontario by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a technical sales role for a true hunter who enjoys consultative selling, building a strong pipeline, and developing new customer relationships. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you’ll lead the sales process from prospecting through to close,
helping businesses improve their packaging operations with Packsize’s innovative automation solutions.What You’ll Do Spend time with the potential customers (40 hours per month of face‑to‑face and/or virtual meetings with current and prospective customers is required)Oversee proposals, negotiate terms/conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering financial resultsConduct meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging processProactively reach out to recent prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentationsUtilizing your Packsize training you will work with prospective customers to design and implement optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency and sustainabilityWork alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right size packaging process flowsClose a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generatedWork directly with our existing business sales team to ensure expectations are met and the customer is delightedWhat You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in sales)2-5 years successful track record in a complex selling environment to C-Level executivesSignificant experience in a multifaceted, strategic sales process and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationshipsAbility to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process as it relates to territory and
