As a Direct Support Skilled with Karis Disability Services, you will support people experiencing developmental disabilities. The work centers on daily assistance in homes and communities, while respecting each person’s right to direct their life. You will help people learn skills for their own growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist people in their homes and communities
- Help people participate fully in community life
- Respect people’s rights to direct their lives
- Recognize unique gifts and individual needs
- Support learning, growth, and development

Requirements:

- Valid Saskatchewan Full Class 5 or Novice 2 license
- Reliable transportation access
- Satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Preferred three to six months’ volunteer or employment experience
- Related post-secondary education is preferred
