This full-time, paid position suits a 1L or 2L law student joining AIMCo’s Legal Services department. You will gain exposure to international investment transactions, asset management, governance, and enterprise legal matters. Assignments are tailored to your experience, educational background, and interests while supporting lawyers directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research legal issues and draft legal memoranda
- Assist with drafting and closing major investment transactions
- Review and update minute books and corporate records
- Support process development using AI and legal technologies

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian law school
