We are hiring an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead, scale, and own the performance of our Canadian market With our entity registered with FINTRAC and the Bank of Canada, we are fully equipped to accelerate our growth in Canada. We need an operational leader with local industry expertise and a builder’s mindset to drive business development, partnerships, and operations in Toronto.

- Take full ownership of Canadian operations, growth strategy, and P&L; performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with local banking partners, payment processors, and key vendors.
- Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams (CAMLO) to ensure smooth market execution.
- Help recruit, mentor,



and build out our core team in Toronto as operations expand. What We Are Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of leadership/operations experience in Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services in Canada.
- Proven track record of launching, scaling, or managing financial products in the Canadian ecosystem.
- Strong local network across banks, financial institutions, and fintech partners in Toronto.
- Startup DNA: hands-on, high autonomy, resilient, and comfortable making data-driven decisions fast. Based in Toronto, ON. Pay: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year Work
