IN COMMON™ SKIN + BODY Freelance Contract | Immediate Start | Fast Turnaround | Remote We are looking for an exceptional graphic designer to help bring a current Canadian skincare brand to life. IN COMMON™ SKIN + BODY is a modern, gender-neutral skincare line launching under Moon Brand of Companies, the company behind Sugarmoon Salon® and BODÉ™ Spa for Men. We have an established brand direction, logo, colour palette and product concepts. Now we need a highly talented, experienced graphic designer who can take our existing creative assets and turn them into beautifully executed, production-ready materials. This is an urgent project with tight deadlines. We need someone who is creative, technically exceptional, detail-oriented and able to work quickly without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design & Production
- Finalize existing skincare packaging designs across multiple product categories.
- Ensure all product labels are accurately sized and formatted for different bottles, jars, tubes and packaging formats.
- Prepare precise, print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, margins, resolution and colour specifications.
- Ensure consistent typography, logo placement, ingredient callouts and visual hierarchy.
- Incorporate bilingual English and French labelling provided by our team.
- Work with our printing and packaging suppliers to ensure production specifications are met.
- Make revisions quickly and accurately to meet immediate printing deadlines. Brand Design & Creative Execution
- Refine and consistently apply the IN COMMON™ brand identity.
- Maintain our modern, elevated,



minimalist and gender-neutral aesthetic.
- Work within our established Poppins typography and brand colour palette.
- Create a cohesive visual identity across the entire skincare collection.
- Develop product guides, marketing materials, promotional graphics and digital assets.
- Incorporate professional campaign photography into brand materials. What We're Looking For
- Exceptional Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills.
- Strong Canva experience for editable marketing and brand materials.
- Proven experience designing skincare, cosmetics, beauty or luxury consumer product packaging.
- Advanced understanding of print production, dielines, label dimensions, colour management and artwork preparation.
- Experience working with bilingual Canadian packaging is a significant asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with sizing, formatting and consistency.
- Ability to take an existing creative direction and execute it beautifully.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate directly with the founder.
