Front Desk Coordinator – Urban Retreat Body & Skincare Centre (Edmonton) Do you light up when you greet people? Do you love the calm, welcoming feel of a spa? Urban Retreat is looking for a super friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first smile our clients see.

About the role
You're the heart of our front desk. You'll greet and check in clients, manage bookings, answer calls and messages, and help guests find the right products for their skincare routine. Our days are busy and productive, and we work as a close, supportive team. You'll be a great fit if you:
- Truly enjoy working with the public and have customer service experience
- Stay positive and organized when things get busy

- Are comfortable with computers and quick to learn current booking software
- Feel confident recommending and selling retail products

- Are dependable, punctual and take pride in your work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday,



9:00 am – 5:00 pm
