Overview Labourers, finishers, steel tiers, and general plant maintenance workers are required for a precast concrete production plant in the Transcona area. Ability to work with others, have a willingness to learn current processes, and be a team player are essential. Although experience is an asset, we are willing to train suitable applicants that fit our work culture. Duties
- Read and review blueprints/schematics, assist with equipment operation
- Prep work areas and materials; build and strip concrete forms, install rebar, and tie reinforcing steel.
- Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools to meet project specifications.
- Maintain good housekeeping habits in the plant to ensure a clean and safe workplace during production hours
- Ability to lift 50lbs is required




- Your impact: Careful, accurate work is required Skills Required: Practical hand and powertool experience, safe lifting, and the ability to follow verbal and written directions. Preferred: Construction knowledge, concrete forming and finishing, rebar installation, blueprint reading. Starting wage negotiable for the right individual with the right skills and attitude. Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
