We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and dependable Storage Expert to join our team. Position Summary As a Storage Expert, you are the face of NationWide Self Storage. Your primary responsibility is to provide an outstanding customer experience while helping prospective customers find the right storage solution for their needs. This role combines customer service, sales, facility operations, and administrative responsibilities. Successful candidates are friendly, organized, confident speaking with customers, and motivated to achieve sales and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Conduct facility tours and showcase the benefits of storing with NationWide.
- Explain pricing, promotions, storage options, and features.
- Convert leads into rentals by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and reservations.
- Build rapport and create a positive customer experience during every interaction.




- Promote the value of our facility, security features, and Noke Smart Entry technology. Facility Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and skilled facility appearance.
- Conduct daily property inspections.
- Report maintenance and security concerns.
- Perform lock checks and vacant unit inspections.
- Support site cleanliness, including office areas, hallways, and exterior grounds. Administration
- Complete rental agreements and customer documentation.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Manage customer accounts and answer account inquiries.
- Ensure customer information is complete and accurate.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise sales. Team Support
- Participate in training sessions and coaching opportunities.
- Support company initiatives and operational goals.
- Collaborate with other NationWide locations when required.
- Assist with special projects and site events. What Success Looks Like Successful Storage Experts:
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Maintain a minimum lead conversion target established by management.
- Consistently invite prospective customers to visit the facility.
- Accurately explain our products, services, and technology.
- Take ownership of customer interactions and follow-through.

and welcoming facility. Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Robust customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Preferred
- Retail, hospitality, self-storage, banking, telecommunications, or sales experience.
- Experience in customer service or inside sales.
- Knowledge of CRM or reservation systems.
