Job Overview Hiring full time Cashier/Sales associate for Shell Gas Station. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, from answering product questions and demonstrating features to completing accurate purchases. You’ll help maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor and work with colleagues to keep service smooth and responsive. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide helpful service in person and by phone.
- Explain product features, conduct demonstrations, and recommend relevant options to support sales and appropriate upselling.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math.
- Assist with merchandising, maintain organized displays, and coordinate tasks to support an orderly store. Skills Required:
Explicit communication, customer service, basic math, accurate cash handling, POS operation, and time management help you serve customers and complete transactions reliably. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, technical sales experience, product demonstrations, merchandising, upselling, phone etiquette, organizational skills, and bilingual or multilingual abilities, including English, can help you respond to varied customer needs.
