Experience:
15+ years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Fusion Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle applications and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs and have experience leading complex, multi-track implementations across key Oracle functional and technical areas. Must-Have Skills
• 15+ years of Oracle application and enterprise architecture experience.
• Minimum 3 large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs delivered in a Solution Architect capacity.
• Proven experience leading multi-track implementations covering:
• Finance
• HCM
• SCM




• EPM
• Integrations
• Data
• Reporting
• Security
• Strong experience integrating Oracle platforms with complex upstream and downstream application landscapes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work directly with CFOs, Program Directors, IT teams, and senior business leaders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Experience managing and collaborating with offshore teams, particularly in India. Nice-to-Have
• Utility industry experience is highly desirable. Skills Mandatory
