Support sleep therapy patients at Avant Respiratory with accurate documentation and confident communication. This full-time, permanent role is based in-person in Langford, British Columbia.

As Patient Care Coordinator, you will help deliver consultation and treatment for snoring and sleep apnea. Your work includes patient assistance, referrals, electronic medical records, and insurance coordination. Healthcare or EMR experience is an asset, but neither is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patient files and manage incoming referrals
• Maintain documentation and update electronic medical records
• Coordinate insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, and claims
• Process payments, create invoices,
  
  
  
  and support inventory
• Support clinicians with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Qualified, friendly, confident patient interaction
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Comfort learning new software and computer systems
