Start your weekday mornings receiving inventory at Staples Canada’s 25 Aero Drive NE warehouse in Calgary, using scanners and warehouse equipment safely.

This full time Warehouse Receiving Operator role handles products and equipment under the direction of a warehouse supervisor or manager. You will verify deliveries, resolve discrepancies, update inventory records, and move stock. The scheduled shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify received quantities against paperwork and scanner information
- Question and resolve product quantity discrepancies as required
- Record inventory data using a hand-held scanner
- Submit product locations to the receiving department
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks,



and cherry pickers safely

Requirements:

- Three months of related warehouse experience minimum
- Experience operating warehouse equipment or certification ability
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to make independent decisions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player
- Manual dexterity for essential warehouse duties
