- client goals and identified measurable outcomes. Performing a thorough and complete shift exchange with previous shift. Using Catalyst system while administering medications to clients on time and checking/receiving medication that arrive while on shift. Making Guardians feel welcome into the client’s residences and communicating/interacting with guardians of clients as directed by the site supervisor. Supporting client’s care needs such as: hygiene, dressing, making beds, toileting, etc. Assisting and monitoring clients through the entire shift.



Performing other administrative duties such as weekly confirmations, order money, end of the month client service updates, send in occupancy reports, and any other assigned tasks. Performing daily and weekly household duties such as: dusting, washing walls, vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, washing windows, shovelling snow, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, etc. Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and support plans Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days/evenings/weekends) Previous experience in disability services or human services is an asset Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities to grow your career in a respected, community-focused organization. #
