Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedules, leave requests, vacations, and timesheet follow-ups
- Resolve timesheet discrepancies and follow up on payroll adjustments
- Maintain schedules, employee records, uniforms, and equipment tracking
- Support compliance, absences,



employee movements, and procedures
- Assist recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training coordination

Requirements:

- One to three years’ coordination, operations, or administrative experience
- Strong organization in fast-paced, high-volume environments
