Coordinate workplace operations at Advancing Health, using organization and communication skills onsite at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. Support a productive research workplace.

This temporary full time Operations Coordinator supports the Centre for Advancing Health Outcomes. You will coordinate facilities, appointments, communications, records, and operational projects. The position requires judgment, discretion, accuracy, and independence while supporting scientists, trainees, staff, leadership, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage workspace assignments, office moves, equipment, supplies, and access requests
- Maintain staff, scientist, trainee, and stakeholder records
- Coordinate meetings, communications, appointments, renewals,



and operational projects
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for reporting requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma in business, office, public administration, human resources, or related field
- Three to five years’ recent related experience, or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and database proficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and confidentiality
