Coordinate maintenance administration at Keyera’s Alberta EnviroFuels facility in Edmonton, using documentation control and cross-team communication daily.

This permanent Maintenance Administrator supports the Maintenance and Reliability team and reports to its Manager. The position coordinates departmental activities, maintains records, and supports communication with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers. Maximo, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, compliance tracking, and budget administration are important areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily administrative activities for the Maintenance department
- Maintain procedures, SSOPs, SharePoint records, reviews, updates, and approvals
- Track training records, CMDS reporting, KPIs, and technician progression
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work orders in Maximo




- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, turnarounds, and service providers

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Business Administration or related education, or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years supporting administration and departmental coordination
- Document control and technical or operational records management experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Solid organization, accuracy, communication, and collaborative coordination skills
