The role requires adverse event triage, database entry, source data review, and quality checks. You will work with internal and external clients to clarify information and complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, scan, and document pertinent clinical information
- Review source documents and triage adverse event information
- Enter adverse events and quality complaints into databases
- Perform quality checks and source data verification
- Screen medical literature for safety information

Requirements:

- Minimum college-level education required
- One to three years’ related experience
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines and industry practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills and reliable internet for work from home
