Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking a Customer Relations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Customer Relations team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will engage with guests, handle escalations, rewards program inquiries, and drive service recovery initiatives on a rapid-paced casino floor.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma in Marketing or Business, at least two years in events or public relations, and one year of supervisory service experience.
