Killam Apartment REIT seeks a customer-focused, energetic, detail-oriented Live-in Resident Manager. You will support day-to-day property management, maintain a clean and protected environment, address tenant concerns, and help coordinate onsite trades. The role includes showing units when necessary and enforcing property rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations at Buckingham Place
- Clean, perform minor maintenance, and resolve problems
- Show units when necessary to prospective residents
- Coordinate and supervise onsite tradespeople
- Respond to emergencies and remove winter snow
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Property management or Resident Manager experience is an asset
