Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this Junior Accountant supports day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The work includes vendor bills, employee expenses, reconciliations, and payment inquiries. You will also help maintain records, collaborate across teams, and support year-end audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor bills and employee expenses accurately
- Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier payment inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding items
- Process credit card statements and supporting receipts
- Maintain vendor records and support year-end audit preparation

Requirements:

- College or university accounting graduate
- One to two years of relevant experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce or Certinia experience is an asset
