Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor

Requirements:

- Two or more years managing teams in retail
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Fashion knowledge and a strong sense of style
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
