The City of Thunder Bay is seeking an IT Client Services qualified to support network repository, Active Directory maintenance, file access, end-user support, and problem resolution under the Manager - IT Client Services.

Responsibilities include documenting calls, assisting with enterprise software (SCCM, Exchange, Citrix), and collaborating with partners to implement solutions while maintaining clear communication with users.
