Victaulic seeks a Fire Protection Sales Representative to grow market share across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and up to Thunder Bay. You will promote engineered fire protection solutions, including the FireLock portfolio, to contractors, engineering firms, distributors, and other stakeholders. The work spans chance identification, specification influence, project support, and territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive fire protection solution sales across the assigned territory
- Identify and influence construction, retrofit, and expansion projects
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and distributors




- Deliver presentations, training sessions, and product seminars
- Develop territory sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies

Requirements:

- Two to five years of outside sales experience
- Construction, fire protection, or related industry experience
- Experience with engineering firms, contractors, and distribution networks
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight travel
