The Salvation Army seeks a Kettle Coordinator II for several malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets in one geographic zone. You will support the Christmas Kettle Campaign by coordinating volunteers, moving Kettles, safeguarding donations, and communicating daily issues. The position reports to the CMO and CO without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Kettle delivery before volunteers arrive
- Supervise, support, and assign Kettle Volunteers
- Secure donations after each completed shift
- Visit locations during shift changes
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets and mileage reports

Requirements:

- One year of related or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for 35 hours weekly with varying shifts
