Keep Fit4Less clubs clean, secure, and welcoming while completing daily tasks and helping members use automated services effectively.
As a Fit4Less Host, you perform cleanliness duties that support members, associates, and prospective members. You will read and complete scheduled communications and training, follow cleaning standards, and contribute to the everybody cleans mindset. Customer interaction remains central during floor tasks and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
- Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout workout areas
- Interact courteously with customers during cleaning activities
- Provide appropriate club access and explain virtual options
- Work with managers on escalations and progress
Requirements:
- High school diploma or current progress toward completion
- Teamwork or volunteer experience totaling one year
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Required WHMIS and First Aid certifications
- Efficient time use and dependable task completion
