At Buckle, this part-time store sales position centers on creating enjoyable shopping experiences for Guests. You will recommend merchandise, support sales goals, explain promotions, and maintain knowledge of products, payment policies, exchanges, and security practices. The position also includes cashiering, merchandising, and routine store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Guests and provide legendary service throughout the store
- Recommend, locate, and demonstrate merchandise based on Guest needs
- Achieve personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals
- Check out and bag purchases using register procedures




- Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable sales floor

Requirements:

- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and maneuver 30 pounds throughout store areas
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and handle merchandise
- Ability to follow payment, exchange, and Loss Prevention policies
