You will operate production services, design recent systems, and remain accountable for architecture, security, and server-side operations. The work connects VR, desktop, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production web platforms and cloud services Lead security hardening and maintain compliance evidence Build server and web services for connected applications Integrate hospital IT environments and enterprise single sign-on Review backend designs and record technical decisions

Requirements:

Five-plus years operating services holding sensitive user data Sound judgment choosing technology stacks for problems On-premise server deployment experience in customer environments Authentication and SSO experience with OIDC, SAML, and Active Directory Compliance experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 13485 Bring full-stack development, cloud operations, authentication, and security ownership to Realize Medical’s Elucis platform.
