Lead yard operations at American Iron & Metal with strengths in supervision, productivity, and health and safety requirements. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor leads operational tasks relating to the yard. This hands-on manager organizes workflow, communicates expectations, and collaborates with management to improve processes. The position requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a supervisor Metal scrap industry experience considered an asset Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Apply supervision, yard operations, and process improvement skills as a Site Supervisor supporting AIM’s metal recycling operations.
