We are focused on excellence and dedicated to supporting and developing our teams The Aircraft Detailing Personnel Supervisor is responsible for directing and and coordinating the aircraft cleaning team to ensure high quality service, operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Provide leadership, guidance and support to the aircraft cleaning team. Monitor and manage the performance of direct reports, providing fair and constructive feedback. Mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards. Manage and resolve customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Create and maintain positive relationships with airport authorities,



suppliers and any other relevant partners; Supervise inventory use and notify management of potentially low inventory levels. Manage work schedules, recording of

working hours
, vacations and overtime in accordance with budget guidelines. Facilitate communication between the aircraft cleaning teams and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination. Support incident investigations and help prepare event reporting documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety, security and regulatory procedures. Lead by example, applying company policies and always prioritizing safety. TRAINING AND

SKILLS:
