We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Department based out of our Brampton office. Lead and support mechanics with daily repairs, troubleshooting, and complex technical issues. Track mechanic productivity, repair downtime, turnaround times, and outstanding work to identify delays and improve shop efficiency. Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial truck and trailer refrigeration units, including Carrier and Thermo King. Diagnose mechanical and refrigeration issues, read schematics, recharge systems, and perform preventative maintenance. Monitor repair quality, safety, and proper use of tools and equipment. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in trailer maintenance and repair, preferably with commercial refrigeration units. Robust knowledge of trailer mechanics, refrigeration systems, and diagnostics. Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
