This Team Lead, Building Mechanical role supports treatment plants, pumping stations, and related facilities across municipal and industrial water sectors. You will combine people leadership with direct project contribution, guiding engineers, designers, and technologists through planning, design, construction, and commissioning.

The position also supports practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver mechanical systems for treatment and pumping facilities
- Guide integrated multidisciplinary engineering solutions
- Develop engineers, designers, and technical teams




- Support strategic growth opportunities across water sectors
- Advance design standards, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering degree or related discipline
- Canadian Skilled Engineer designation
- At least 10 years of relevant infrastructure experience
- Complex multidisciplinary project leadership experience
- Proficiency with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
