This Manager role combines tax, assurance, compilation, and consulting leadership with responsibility for lasting client relationships. You will research complex issues, communicate understandable recommendations, and identify additional service opportunities.
Your experience should include public practice management, financial reporting, and leadership. RHN CPA supports businesses, First Nations, Strata corporations, Wineries and Vineyards, and Not-for-Profits through four offices across BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
- Research complex tax and assurance matters
- Communicate practical solutions in understandable language
- Identify opportunities for additional client services
- Monitor engagement budgets, workloads, and deliverables
Requirements:
- CPA designation
- Minimum five years of progressive public practice experience
- Robust CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE, and PSAS knowledge
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent organizational and client service skills
