As Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellbeing, you will support benefits and savings plan design, administration, and evaluation. Analyze data, review trends, and identify improvement opportunities while contributing to forecasting, cost analysis, and effectiveness reviews.

Collaborate with stakeholders and external providers to align priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction for benefits and retirement programs
- Analyze data, trends, costs, and program effectiveness
- Coordinate projects, planning activities, progress tracking, and issue resolution




- Monitor compliance and support benefits program communications
- Contribute to vendor selection and performance monitoring

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and eight-plus years’ relevant experience
- Benefits and retirement savings plan design experience
- Registered and non-registered pension plan experience
- Strong financial and mathematical acumen
- Advanced Excel knowledge; PowerBI experience preferred
