Drive sales hiring at ONIT Energy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist using full-cycle recruiting and digital sourcing expertise. This is a full time, permanent role. You will partner with Sales leadership to build Inside and Outside Sales teams. The role also supports Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Administration hiring. You will own recruiting from sourcing through offer while shaping sales organization growth.
